Seika Tilt and Acceleration Sensors

Seika Mikrosystemtechnik GmbH develops and manufactures
  • Descriprion

Inclinometers (0°-1°…0°-360°), tilt and acceleration sensors (accelerometers), electronic and mechanical components for inclinometers with analog and RS485 interfaces. Produced as housing, ready-to-use sensors, as well as components for inclinometers (boards and modules).

Seika Mikrosystemtechnik GmbH develops and manufactures tilt sensors (inclinometers) for measuring physical quantities, as well as electronic and mechanical components in the field of sensors. Seika's standard product range includes a series of tilt sensors (inclinometers) designed to solve virtually any inclination measurement application, as well as a series of acceleration sensors (accelerometers) with built-in electronics that meet the most sophisticated requirements of modern technology. All Seika products come with a 2 year warranty.
Tilt angle sensors (sensing elements of inclinometers)
Seika's highly stable, precision, wide temperature-capable tilt sensors are the core of single or dual axis (single or dual axis) inclinometers.

Type Angle Resolution Power supply Working t° Output
NA2-05 ± 5° <0.001° 8…30 VDC -40°..+85°C 0.05 V-5°…4.95 V+5°
NA2-10 ± 10° <0.002° 8…30 VDC -40°..+85°C 0.05 V-10°…4.95 V+10°
NA3-30 ± 30° <0.005° 8…30 VDC -40°..+85°C 0.05 V-30°…4.95 V+30°
NA4-45 ± 45° <0.01° 8…30 VDC -40°..+85°C 0.05 V-45°…4.95 V+45°
NA4-70 ± 70° <0.01° 8…30 VDC -40°..+85°C 0.05 V-70°…4.95 V+70°
Key features of the NA series inclinometers:

temperature-compensated, standardized 0…5 V output signal
linear characteristic of the output signal
minimum zero drift
very low sensitivity to transverse vibrations
no hysteresis of the measured signal
integrated sensor electronics including standardized signal amplifier
internal high stability power regulator
optional 5V reference voltage output
unstabilized operating voltage from +9V to +30V
reverse polarity and short circuit protection
protection circuit EMV, CE-certified
Note: since the NA series tilt angle sensors have a built-in amplifier with a rated output signal of 0…5 V, they do not need to be built into the SB… and XB… modules and can be built into the customer's case.
